OMEN TOP

Omen means a sign or signal believed to predict what is to come.
The Omen Top is inspired by this idea of anticipation, the moment when something is sensed before it happens. A message, a shift in direction.
Made from sheer black chiffon, the fabric introduces transparency as a symbol of awareness and intuition. Light and fluid, it allows the body to remain present while adding depth and movement.
The silhouette is based on a T-shirt cut, redefined through asymmetry and proportion. An oversized, dramatic turtleneck references the ceremonial collars worn by gods, symbols of authority and elegance. From one side, a long draped panel falls to the floor, creating a vertical line that echoes divine garments.
The result is a contemporary piece where subtle construction and flowing elements suggest power without excess, a garment that signals change through form.

Omen significa presagio: una señal o indicio que anuncia lo que está por venir.
El Top Omen parte de esta idea de anticipación, del momento en el que algo se percibe antes de suceder. Un aviso silencioso, un mensaje, un cambio de dirección.
Confeccionado en chiffon negro translúcido, la tela introduce la transparencia como símbolo de conciencia e intuición. Ligera y fluida, permite que el cuerpo se mantenga presente mientras aporta profundidad y movimiento.
La silueta se basa en el corte de una t-shirt, reinterpretado mediante asimetría y proporción. El cuello oversized y dramático remite a los elementos ceremoniales que vestían los dioses, asociados a autoridad y elegancia. De un lado, una tira larga cae hasta el piso, creando una línea vertical que evoca vestimentas divinas.
El resultado es una pieza contemporánea donde la construcción sutil y los elementos fluidos transmiten poder sin exceso: una prenda que anuncia el cambio a través de la forma.
